Mr. Bill Davern is the Director of Fine Arts for the West Genesee School District. He is the former director of the West Genesee High School Symphonic Band, Concert Band “W”, Jazz Ensembles, and Middle School Jazz Band. Bill is in his 30th year at West Genesee.
